Registering yourself on Madhusangam.com is easy, simple and swift process. All you need to do is to fill up the details required in the registration form. After submission of the registration form, an email would be sent to your email id, you provided at the time of registration for your email / membership confirmation. Once you confirm the email by clicking the link in that email, your account will get activated immediately.

It would take few minutes of yours to register and create your profile on MadhurSangam.com. It’s a simple 5 to 7 minutes, two step process- 1. Registration form fill up 2. Email confirmation
3. Can I place someone else’s profile on MadhurSangam.com?
Yes, you can also create some else’s profile on MadhurSangam.com provided that the information you are filling about the person is genuine and true in all conditions.

5. How would I know that I have been successfully registered on MadhurSangam.com?
You would get an email notification for successfully registering as a MadhurSangam member on your email id you provided during the time of registration. As soon as you submit your form, an automated e-mail is generated and is sent to your personal mail address, confirming your registration to our website.
6. What is Sangam ID’?
A Sangam ID is a unique combination of an alphabet and a six or seven digit number (for example: A123456). You will get a unique Sangam ID at the time of registration. This Sangam ID would be used as a separate identity for you and would be referred in all correspondence with MadhurSangam.com.
1. I am a registered member but I am unable to login. Why?
If you are unable to login, please check the following things-
a. Have you verified the email address by clicking on link sent to your registered email address, which you provided at the time of registration?
b. Is the password you are entering correct?
c. Your email address used during the registration process is your User Name.
If the website administrator finds that the information you provided during registration is incorrect, he can also suspend your account. For that you would have to register again. For any other problem, please contact our Customer Support Executives.
2. How can I change my login password?
You can change your login password from the ‘My Profile’ section after you login into you account with your login id and password.
3. I forgot my password. What can I do now?
If you forgot your login password, you can retrieve your password by following steps-
1. Go to forget password option located beneath Login button.
2. Enter your email id or Madhur Sangam id in the form and submit the form.
3. Finally, check you email for password sent by the administrator.
4. Once I find a match for myself on MadhurSangam, can I remove my profile from the MadhurSangam.com?
We believe you always have happy reasons to delete your profile from MadhurSangam.com. You can delete your profile from the ‘My Profile’ section after you login into you account with your login id and password. 2. How can I renew my membership plan?
A reminder for Membership Expiry would be sent to user in advance to his/ her registered email id. If the user wants to renew the membership, the user would be required to pay again through the payment gateway.
3. Can I change my membership plan later on?
Yes, you can change your membership plan later on. You can upgrade your membership plan to higher level but you cannot downgrade your membership level. The time duration which is remaining with your previous membership would be added to your new membership.

Yes, you can change your profile on MadhurSangam.com even after registration. You would be required to login into MadhurSangam.com with your login id and password. From Edit Profile page, you can edit your profile details.
2. What is Profile Complete Status means?
We have a set of formatted questions with different sections. As you complete each section, your profile status gets near to completion. We recommend you to complete the profile for better response.
3. What is Double Security on contact information?
All the users have right to privacy, regardless of their membership status – paid or unpaid. We shall release your phone numbers and contact information only to those members whom you allow under privacy settings and grant your permission to view your phone number.
4. How do I verify my Phone number?
This is self verification of the number. You can verify your phone number by clicking on “Verify Phone” on My Profile Page.
5. Do you verify my Phone number?
Though this is self verification of the phone number yet Madhursangam.com can verify your self verified phone number for its authenticity. In case it’s found to be incorrect, we reserve the right to delete your profile without any further notice.
5. Can I change my Phone number?
Yes, you can change your phone number any time you wish. Madhursangam.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the phone number. After verification of phone number, if found incorrect, we reserve the right to delete your profile without any further notice.
1. Why should I attach my photo to the profile?
Nice photograph is your first chance to attract any individual to your profile. Profiles with Picture get 50 times better response than the profiles without a picture.
2. How can I attach my photo?
You can attach your Photo at the time of Registration as well as from My Sangam Page after Login with your User Name (Email Id) and Password.
3. How can I protect my photo?
Once you have uploaded your picture you can set your privacy level in privacy sections. Depending upon your privacy level you chose your picture can be visible to all or will be visible to only those you permit to view your picture via accepting photo requests from those users.
4. How can I delete my photo?
After uploading your picture if you wish to delete it from your profile for any reason you may do so by login to Madhursangam.com. At My Profile Page, click on your picture, then select the picture you want to delete and click on Delete link underneath that picture.
5. How many photos I can attach to my profile?
You can attach up to five pictures to your profile.
6. I have attached my photo, but it’s not visible to users?
For the security and sanctity of the site and members, after scrutiny we manually approve / reject every photo. We will NOT approve any inappropriate and / or celebrity pictures.
1. What if I don’t have a horoscope?
Yes, you can upload your horoscope directly in word, PDF and jpeg format.
2. How can I control privacy of my horoscope?
Once your Horoscope is uploaded, you can set privacy settings after login. Your horoscope will be visible per your privacy settings.
1. What is a Mail Alert?
MadhurSangam screens profile based on your partner's Preference criteria. If any one joining is matching your criteria, an alert email will be sent to you along with members details. You will also get alert email if your profile matches some one else's Partner Criteria.
2. How can I subscribe/ unsubscribe to Mail Alert?
You can subscribe / unsubscribe to mail alerts, after login to Madhursangam.com. From “My Profile” Page, go to Edit Mail Alert to subscribe / unsubscribe.

MediMatch is an optional feature. MediMatch is unique way of knowing about your soul mate’s health and medical history. It helps in prevention of medically proven mismatches. For example if a person’s Rh factor is Rh Negative, he/ she should marry Rh Negative person to avoid complication in child birth.
2. Why should I fill in my medical information to the profile?
There are so many medical reasons to be upfront to your life partner so that married life doesn’t get affected negatively. Most important this builds trust and your integrity. By knowing medical facts upfront, many awkward situations can be prevented.
3. Is Medimatch mandatory?
This is not mandatory information for users to fill in. But it’s always good to be truthful about your health before you become part of some one’s life.
4. Who is going to see my medical information?
Unless it’s protected with the password, all registered members can view your MediMatch information.
5. What If I don’t want to share MediMatch information with all?
Either you don’t fill up the information or member you can protect this information, in privacy section, from left menu on My Profile page.

This feature will help rule out certain concerns that prospective partners might have about each other regarding the basic details of one's profile. This is a self certification of your profile. Click on Verify Profile on My Profile Page and fill up / recertify basic information and request a MadhurSangam Stamp.
3. How long does it take to get Secure Sangam Stamp after the request?
A stamp usually gets approved with in 24 hours.
4. What is main benefit of the Secure Sangam Stamp?

We have following types of search and very soon more types will be made available to our members.

After searching, you can click on Sangam Id of a member to view the details profile of that member.

If you like a profile and would like to get in touch later or very often, you may add that profile to your favorite list by clicking on “Add to Favorite list” on profile detail page.
2. How do I remove a profile from my favorite profile List?
To remove a profile from the favorite list; go to “My Profile” menu on “My Profile” Page and click on “My Favorite List”. Select a profile which you want to remove from the list. Click on “Remove/ submit” button.

If you like to ignore/ block a profile, you may add that profile to your ignore list by clicking on “Add to Ignore list” on profile detail page.
2. How do I remove a profile from my ignore profile List?
To remove a profile from the Ignore list; go to “My Profile” menu on “My Profile” Page and click on “My Ignore List”. Select a profile which you want to remove from the list. Click on “Remove/ submit” button.

After searching a profile, if you think that profile could be appropriate fit for some one you care, you can forward it by click on Forward link. Type in the email address with your personal message and just send it.

1. How do I contact some one I like?
Contacting some one is very easy at Madhursangam. You can contact some one by clicking on Contact button on detail profile page. Either select preformatted messages and customize them or click on new message to write about yourself and send it the person.
2. How much do you charge if I want to send some one a personalized message?
Sending message is FREE.
3. What can I write in a message?
As a free member you can send 1 message to 10 unique users daily. As a paid member based on your membership packages you can send as well as read all messages.
4. How many messages I can send to a user?
To avoid misuse and spamming, as a free member you can send only ONE message to each user. Until user replies you back, you can’t send another message.
5. Can I send messages to same user without getting a reply?
No, you can not send another message until user replies you back.
1. If person has password protected picture / video / Horoscope/ MediMatch
information, how do I view it?
If some one has protected their information, you must obtain their permission by requesting specific information to view. Requesting information links are available on profile detail page. Any registered member can request password for protected information from the member’s whose profile is in question.
2. What If I want to talk to a person over the phone, how do I get his/ her phone
number?
Any Registered member can request the phone number from any other member from the Users detail profile page.
1. Is replying to inbox messages free?
Only paid member can open, read and reply to inbox messages.

If you have any protected information, which other members are interested in; they may request a to view that information. These requests appear in Inbox request section of My Profile Page.
2. How much does it cost to reply inbox request?
It’s absolutely free to open, read and reply to inbox request.
1. How do I report if some one using vulgar & undesired harassing language?
We take complaints very seriously. If you have received any message / chat message/ which is vulgar, inappropriate and you feel some one is harassing you, you should report this as abuse by clicking abuse link on that message window or from contact us page. We will take appropriate action against that member.
2. How do I report a profile which is not appropriate?
If you find any inappropriate wording, contact information or any inappropriate language/ content in a profile, please report it by clicking on Report abuse link below each profile detail page.
1. Do I have to download any software to launch MadhurSangam Messenger?
No, You don’t need to download any software. Only requirement is you must be registered user to use messenger.
2. Who can initiate the chat?
Any paid member can initiate a chat with any online member.
3. How do I initiate a chat with a member?
If you are a paid member you can initiate a chat by many ways:-
a. Click on View member’s online, click on dark “chat now” icon and an invitation will be sent to other user,
b. If you know some one’s Sangam ID, you can directly enter in messenger window and an invitation will be sent to other member.
c. From search results, you will see if a member is online and you can send chat invite to that users.
4. Why I don’t I have any one in my favorite profiles list?
To add a user in your favorite list, open the user profile and click on the Add to Favorite. The profiles will be added to your list.
5. How do I delete a user from my favorite profiles list?
To delete a user from your Favorite list, Go to Favorite profile page and select the intended user to delete. Then you can go a head and hit Delete button.
6. As an unpaid member, how do I respond to conversation / chat requests?
Once you receive a chat invite, you may accept or reject it. Upon accepting, another window will open where you can start your conversation.
7. How do I ignore user
To add a user in your Ignore list, open the user profile and click on the Ignore User. The profiles will be added to your Ignore Profiles list. Ignored user will not be able to send you messages.
