This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between you and MADHURSANGAM ("MADHURSANGAM"), which may be contacted at 72, Saraswati colony, BURIA CHOWK, JAGADHARI- 135003, YAMUNANAGAR, HARYANA. By accessing the MADHURSANGAM site, currently located at www.MADHURSANGAM.com (the "Site"), and using any of the Services (as defined below) accessible through the Site, you become a user and agree to, and are bound by, the terms and conditions of this Agreement for as long as you continue to use the Site or Services. If at any time MADHURSANGAM.com is of the opinion (in its sole discretion) or has any reason to believe that you are not eligible to become a member or that you have made any misrepresentation about your eligibility, Madhursangam.com reserves the right to forthwith terminate your membership and / or your right to use the Service without any refund to you of any of your unutilized subscription fee. This Agreement is subject to change by MadhurSangam in its sole discretion at any time, with or without notice. Your continued use of this Site or the Services after the posting of revisions to this Agreement will constitute your acceptance of such revisions.

1 (a) Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if it is older. For Registration you must be legally competent to enter into matrimony under the laws to which you are subject. (Currently it is 18 years for women and 21 years for men in India). Membership in the Service is void where prohibited.

1 (b) Marital Status: By requesting to use or registering to use, you represent and warrant that you are not married and you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law for the time being in force or any order or decree or injunction from any court, tribunal or any such competent authority restraining you from entering into matrimony. If you are separated, but not yet legally divorced, you may not request to use. In such cases your profile will be deleted without any refund of any membership fees paid.

1 (c) Criminal History: By requesting to use, registering to use, and/or using any Service, you represent and warrant that you have never been convicted of a felony and are not required to register as a sex offender with any government entity. MADHURSANGAM DOES NOT CURRENTLY CONDUCT CRIMINAL BACKGROUND SCREENINGS ON ITS MEMBERS. However, MADHURSANGAM reserves the right to conduct a criminal background checkat any time and using available public records, to confirm your compliance with this subsection.

2 (a) Exclusive Use: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not authorize others to use your account, and you may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that MADHURSANGAM is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your user names and passwords. 2 (b) Geographic Limitations: You will only use the Services in a manner consistent with this Agreement and any and all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations, including, but not limited to, United States export control laws. You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country which the United States has (i) embargoed goods, (ii) identified as a "Specially Designated National", or (iii) placed on the Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. Registration for, and use of, the Services are void where prohibited. To the extent that the Services are not legal in your jurisdiction, you may not use the Services. The Services may not be used where prohibited by law. 2 (c) Information Submitted: You are solely responsible for, and assume all liability regarding, (i) the information and content you contribute to the Service; (ii) the information and content you post, transmit, publish, or otherwise make available (hereinafter "post") through the Services; and (iii) your interactions with other Registered Users through the Services. 2 (d) Risk Assumption and Precautions: You assume all risk when using the Services, including but not limited to all of the risks associated with any online or offline interactions with others. You agree to take all necessary precautions when meeting individuals through the site. You understand that MADHURSANGAM makes no guarantees, either express or implied, regarding your ultimate compatibility with individuals you meet through the site or as to the conduct of such individuals. You further understand that MADHURSANGAM makes no guarantees as to number or frequency of matches through the site.
2 (e) Reporting of Violations: You will promptly report to MADHURSANGAM any violation of the Agreement by others, including but not limited to, Registered Users.
2 (f) Content Responsibility and Ownership: You agree that all information, data, text, photographs, graphics, messages, tags, or other Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to MADHURSANGAM.com or MADHURSANGAM.com Registered members, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated and shall be at the member's/person's sole risks and consequences. This means that you (and not MADHURSANGAM.com) are solely responsible for all Content that you upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available via the Service. MADHURSANGAM.com does not control the Content posted via the Service and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Under no circumstances will MADHURSANGAM.com be liable in any way, shape or form for any Content, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, emailed, transmitted or otherwise made available via the Service. You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display / "post" on the MADHURSANGAM.com service or on MADHURSANGAM.com Site or transmit to other MADHURSANGAM.com members. MADHURSANGAM will have the right to remove any such information or material that in its sole opinion violates, or may violate any applicable law or either the letter of spirit of this Agreement or upon the request of any third party. 2 (h) Permission to use the Content: You hereby unconditionally and irrevocably grant to MADHURSANGAM.com the license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform for the marketing of the site and publicly display all Content (all information, data, text, photographs, video, graphics, messages, or other Content whether publicly posted or privately transmitted or otherwise made available to MADHURSANGAM.com or MADHURSANGAM.com Registered members,) you submit or make available for inclusion on publicly accessible areas of the Site including but not limited to your contact details By posting Content to any public area of MADHURSANGAM.com, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to MADHURSANGAM.com, and other MADHURSANGAM.com Members, an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully-paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display, and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content, and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing. 2 (i) Posting and Communication Restrictions: You will not post on the site, transmit to other registered users and communicate any content (or links thereto), or otherwise engage in any activity on the Site or through the Services, that:

• promotes racism, bigotry, hatred or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual;
• is intended to or tends to harass, annoy, threaten or intimidate any other users of the Site or Services;
• is defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, obscene or otherwise objectionable;
• contains others' copyrighted content (e.g., music, movies, videos, photographs, images, software, etc.) without obtaining prior permission;
• contains video, audio photographs, or images of another person without his or her permission;
• promotes or enables illegal or unlawful activities, such as instructions on how to make or buy illegal weapons or drugs, violate someone's privacy, harm or harass another person, obtain others' identity information, create or disseminate computer viruses, or circumvent copy-protect devices;
• intended to defraud, swindle or deceive other users of the Services;
• contains viruses, time bombs, Trojan horses, cancelbots, worms or other harmful, or disruptive codes, components or devices;
• promotes or solicits involvement in or support of a political platform, religion, cult, or sect;
• disseminates another person's personal information without his or her permission, or collects or solicits another person's personal information for commercial or unlawful purposes;
• in your profile, visible to other members, any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URL's, and email addresses;
• is off-topic, meaningless, or otherwise intended to annoy or interfere with others' enjoyment of the Site;
• impersonates, or otherwise misrepresents affiliation, connection or association with, any person or entity;
• solicits gambling or engages in any gambling or similar activity;
• uses scripts, bots or other automated technology to access the Site or Services;
• uses the Site or Services for chain letter, junk mail or spam e-mails;
• collects or solicits personal information about anyone under 18; or
• in any way used for or in connection with spamming, spamming, phishing, trolling, or similar activities.

2 (j) No False Information: You will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information to MADHURSANGAM or to any other user. If information provided to MADHURSANGAM or another user subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading or false, you will promptly notify MADHURSANGAM of such change. 2 (k) No Advertising or Commercial Solicitation: You will not advertise or solicit any user to buy or sell any products or services through the Site or Services. You may not transmit any chain letters, junk or spam e-mail to other users. Further, you will not use any information obtained from the Services in order to contact, advertise to, solicit, or sell to any user without their prior explicit consent. If you breach the terms of this subsection and send or post unsolicited bulk email, "spam" or other unsolicited communications of any kind through the Services, you acknowledge that you will have caused substantial harm to MADHURSANGAM, but that the amount of such harm would be extremely difficult to ascertain. As a reasonable estimation of such harm, you agree to pay MADHURSANGAM Rs.10 for each such unsolicited communication you send through the Services. 2 (l) Unique and Bona Fide Profile: As a Registered User of the MADHURSANGAM, you will create only one unique profile. In addition, your use of the site must be for bona fide relationship-seeking purposes in order to maintain the integrity of the site (for example, you may not become a Registered User solely to compile a report of compatible singles in your area, or to write a school research paper). Not all registered users are available for matching. From time to time, MADHURSANGAM may create test profiles in order to monitor the operation of the site. 2 (m) No Harassment of MADHURSANGAM Employees or Agents: You will not harass, annoy, intimidate or threaten any MADHURSANGAM employees or agents engaged in providing any portion of the Services to you.

Mode: By registering your profile on site or by the remittance of fees you become a member of MADHURSANGAM.com. For the convenience of all our users MADHURSANGAM has Five different types of membership schemes, each with their own benefits. They are Easy Sangam, Golden Sangam, Diamond Sangam and Platinum Sangam. Free Sangam- Members can avail all facilities on the site except reserved for paid members. They can contact 03 unique members a day by sending customized messages. Free Members Can not reply to responses received in their message inboxes. Silver Sangam- 90 day's one time subscription package. Golden Sangam- 180 day's subscription package.

Diamond Sangam - 270 day's subscription package Platinum Sangam - 365 day's subscription package. A paid membership will allow you to contact profiles of the opposite gender from whole site. There is a limit to the number of profiles you are allowed to contact each day. On its sole discretion, Madhursangam may change this limit at any time, with or without any notification.

For information about the collection and possible use of information and material provided by you, please click on MadhurSangam Privacy Statement located on the Site. By using the Site or the Services, you are consenting to the terms of MadhurSangam Privacy Statement.

You agree that you will not post any e-mail addresses, personal website address or profile page you may have on a third party website, or other contact information in the "About Bride and / or About Groom and / or About Family" section of the Registration or in any other communications you may have with other users. You may, at your discretion, exchange such information after getting response to your interest from the potential match.

You acknowledge and agree that MADHURSANGAM may disclose information you provide if required to do so by law, at the request of a third party, or if we, in our sole discretion, believe that disclosure is reasonable to (1) comply with the law, requests or orders from law enforcement, or any legal process (whether or not such disclosure is required by applicable law); (2) protect or defend MadhurSangam's, or a third party's rights or property; or (3) protect someone's health or safety, such as when harm or violence against any person (including the user) is threatened.

Not with standing any other provision of this Agreement or the Privacy Statement, MADHURSANGAM reserves the right, but has no obligation, to disclose any information that you submit to the Site or Services, if in its sole opinion, MADHURSANGAM suspects or has reason to suspect, that the information involves a party who may be the victim of abuse in any form. Abuse may include, without limitation, elder abuse, child abuse, spousal abuse, neglect, or domestic violence. Information may be disclosed to authorities that MADHURSANGAM, in its sole discretion, deems appropriate to handle such disclosure. Appropriate authorities may include, without limitation, law enforcement agencies, child protection agencies, or court officials. You hereby acknowledge and agree that MADHURSANGAM is permitted to make such disclosure.

The Services may contain links to web sites of third-parties, including without limitation, advertisers, which are not under the control of MADHURSANGAM, and MADHURSANGAM is not responsible for the content of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such web sites. MADHURSANGAM provides these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply that MADHURSANGAM endorses or accepts any responsibility for the content on such third-party web site. MADHURSANGAM PROVIDES THE SERVICES ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS AND GRANTS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES OR THE SITE (INCLUDING ALL INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN), INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. MADHURSANGAM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, ALWAYS AVAILABLE, AND ERROR-FREE OR WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS IN THE SERVICES WILL BE CORRECTED. MADHURSANGAM DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR, AND NO WARRANTY IS MADE WITH RESPECT TO, THE CONNECTIVITY AND AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES. MADHURSANGAM DOES NOT: (i) GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SERVICES, OR (ii) ADOPT, ENDORSE OR ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE, and OR STATEMENT MADE BY ANY PARTY OTHER THAN MADHURSANGAM. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MADHURSANGAM BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANYONE'S RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT POSTED ON THE SERVICES, OR TRANSMITTED TO OR BY ANY USERS.

IN NO EVENT WILL MADHURSANGAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OR CORRUPTION OF DATA OR PROGRAMS, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS AND PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, EVEN IF MADHURSANGAM KNOWS OR HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL MADHURSANGAM’s AGGREGATE LIABILITY, IN ANY FORM OF ACTION WHATSOEVER IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR THE SITE, EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR YOUR ACCOUNT, OR, IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID MADHURSANGAM FOR THE USE OF ANY SERVICES, THE AMOUNT OF INR 25.00 OR ITS EQUIVALENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MADHURSANGAM BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND/OR INCIDENTAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANYONE ELSE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, BODILY INJURY, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM COMMUNICATIONS OR MEETINGS WITH OTHER REGISTERED USERS OF THE SERVICES. Madhursangam and its contractors may use various ways of verifying information that users have provided. However, none of those ways are perfect, and you agree that MADHURSANGAM and its contractors will have no liability to you arising from any incorrectly verified information.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MADHURSANGAM, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to or arising out of (a) your use of or inability to use the Site or Services, (b) any user postings made by you, (c) your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or (d) your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. MADHURSANGAM reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with MADHURSANGAM in asserting any available defenses.

The membership is deemed to have been entered into at Yamunanagar, Haryana, India and the laws of this jurisdiction will govern the membership. Disputes arising out of or in any way affecting the membership including interpretation of any of the terms are to be referred to arbitration at Yamunanagar, Haryana, India before a sole Arbitrator.

We may use your email address to send you messages notifying you of important changes to the Services or special offers. Further, we may contact you by telephone if you voluntarily provide us with your telephone number, in order to communicate with you regarding the Services. You hereby confirm that as on date of registration, you have not registered yourselves on the Do Not Disturb (DND) / Do Not Call Registry subscriber list with any telecom operator / authority. In the event, you register yourselves as a Do Not Disturb / Do Not Call subscriber; you hereby confirm that you do not have any objection to receive messages (promotional or otherwise) from MADHURSANGAM.com or any of its affiliate companies.

This Agreement will become effective upon your acceptance of the Agreement by your use of the Site or the Services and will remain in effect in perpetuity unless terminated hereunder. Either you or MADHURSANGAM may terminate your account at any time, for any reason or no reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. MADHURSANGAM reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to any of the Services, without notice, for any reason or no reason. We also reserve the right to remove your account information or data from our Services and any other records at any time at our sole discretion. In the event your access to any of the Services is suspended due to the breach of this Agreement, you agree that all fees then paid to MADHURSANGAM by you will be nonrefundable and all outstanding or pending payments will immediately be due.

For information about the collection and possible use of information and material provided by you, please click on MadhurSangam Privacy Statement located on the Site. By using the Site or the Services, you are consenting to the terms of MadhurSangam Privacy Statement.

This Agreement, which you accept upon registration for the Services, the Privacy Statement located on the Site, and any applicable payment, renewal, Additional Services terms, comprise the entire agreement between you and MADHURSANGAM regarding the use of this Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and MADHURSANGAM related to your use of this Site or Services (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of this Agreement). Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the Agreement will survive termination of your registration to the Service. The failure of MADHURSANGAM to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement will continue in full force and effect. Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this Site, please notify MadhurSangam copyright agent, as set forth in the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA). For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

a. An electronic or physical signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;

b. Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim is being infringed;

c. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on the Site;
